Return & Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

Every item is printed just for you, so we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please double-check your size, color, and address before ordering.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at daintydrapesclothing@gmail.com. with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and issue

If it’s our mistake, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

3. Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, email us with your order details. We’ll help track it down and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement.

4. No Cancellations

Once your order is placed, it goes straight into production — which means we can’t cancel it.
